Raspberry Pie (Fancy)

Ingredients

  • unbaked 10" pie shell
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar (reserve 2 tbsp for top)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup graham wafer crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Directions

Spread Raspberries over the bottom of the pie shell.

Stir together flour and 7/8th of sugar then add yogurt, sour cream and vanilla.  Pour over berries. 

Mix together graham crumbs and melted butter.  Sprinkle over pie then sprinkle reserved sugar on top.

Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.  Reduce heat to 375F for 35 minutes until brown and bubbly.

Cool and serve as is or with whipped cream.
